Shea Schwartz
Shea is one of our amazing Project Managers from Aurora Branch, and she's been part of the Northwest Restoration family for 6 months. She loves working alongside her husband (an estimator on our team!) and finds joy in turning challenging situations into blessings for our customers. When Shea’s not helping our clients restore their homes, she’s spending time with her family—especially her beloved grandchildren—doing puzzles, or listening to worship music. 🧩🎶
Linda Goodling
Meet Linda, one of our dedicated Project Managers in the Vancouver Branch! Since joining NW Restoration in May 2023, she has been passionate about ensuring our customers are happy with their restored homes. Outside of work, Linda loves dancing, reading, and baking—especially German treats 🇩🇪🍰 She’s also a big fan of European soccer and enjoys learning about Ancient Egypt. Trivia nights are one of her favorite ways to challenge herself! When she’s not working, Linda cherishes time with her two amazing kids, Christian and Ayana, and their beloved pup, Bella, who is very much spoiled. Looking ahead to 2025, she’s excited to find more work-life balance and take a vacation outside the U.S. 🌍✈️
