Northwest Restoration is a general contracting company focusing on the restoration and remodel segments of the construction industry. President of Northwest Restoration Inc., Jim Clarke, and the construction management team combine for 35 years of experience in the construction industry.

Jim Clarke
President and Founder

As President of Northwest Restoration, Jim Clarke’s keen insight of the architectural and home-building industries make him a successful and effective leader. His more than 25 years of marketing and leadership experience are utilized on a daily basis in tactical planning, team development and implementation of business strategies. Clarke’s inherent enthusiasm, positive attitude and desire for innovation excellence don’t just make him an effective businessman, but a passionate one at that. A proud alumnus of the University of Arizona, Clarke earned a degree in Finance and Marketing in 1989. He attributes his ability to see a company as a sum of cohesive units to the U of A’s “thought-leading” business school, The Eller College of Management. It was here he first discovered the impact a positive attitude can have on a business. A dedicated family man, Clarke lives just outside of Portland, Oregon with his wife and two boys of 18 and 21. Additionally, Jim volunteers to help with the development of youth in his community.

Jamie Fujita

Senior Project Manager/ Estimator

Having grown up with a construction father who specialized in building custom homes, Jamie’s always been surrounded by the construction industry. Relatively new to the team, Jamie’s training and certification in Xactimate estimating software for both renovation and roofing specialties makes him an invaluable addition to Northwest Restoration. After graduating from George Fox with a BS in Health and Human Performance, Jamie worked as a personal trainer prior to joining our team. This experience comes in handy as it’s made Jamie into a relentlessly hard worker who isn’t afraid to work up a sweat. In addition to this, Jamie’s interpersonal skills make it easy for both coworkers and clients to work with him. When Jamie’s not hard at work he’s either spending time with his wife and two rescued Dachshunds or doing anything outdoors including fishing, hunting, hiking, biking, and camping.

Bill Crabtree

Project Manager/Estimator

Bill comes to Northwest Restoration with over 20 years’ experience in the building products Industry, Where Bill was a lumber broker. Bill saw tremendous success while in the building products industry primarily due to his attention to detail and tireless communication skills. Following his tenure in the building products industry, Bill took a 180 degree turn and went on to receive his Oregon certified teaching credential. After which Bill spent time as a middle and high school teacher. During his teaching career Bill particularly enjoyed working in the alternative school setting. When not in the office Bill enjoys the outdoors, following all sports (Go Ducks!), and spending time with wife Laurie and two grown sons.

Brandon Fox

Project Manager/Estimator

Brandon’s work ethic, positive attitude, and knowledge of the construction industry make him a great addition. Brandon comes to us with 10 years of experience where he worked as a Project Manager for both Hayden Homes and JLS Homes. Brandon’s exceptional performance as a Project Manager enabled him to achieve the level of Regional Manager/Superintendent. Following his 10 years in the construction industry, Brandon opened his own delivery company, Fox on the Go. Motivated by his love for construction, Brandon has found his way back in the industry as Northwest Restoration’s newest member. Brandon’s experience and energy will make him a tremendous addition!

Connor Clarke

Project Manager/Estimator

Connor is our newest Project Manager/Estimator. He exemplifies dependable hard work, and confidently dedicates his energy to any task placed before him! Connor is a proud alumnus of Iowa State University where he graduated cum laude with a degree in history, while on a wrestling scholarship. Following his graduation, Connor landed at Storey Construction, where he worked doing rough and finish carpentry. During this time, Connor worked as an Intern for Chi Alpha, an on campus ministry at Iowa State. Connor is no stranger to Northwest Restoration as he has spent countless summers throughout high school and college working as a carpenter/estimator. Connor will be an important asset to the Northwest Restoration team moving forward.

Elmer Aparicio

Project Manager/Estimator

Although Elmer is the newest project manager on the Northwest Restoration team, Elmer comes to NWR with a wealth of restoration and customer service experience. Prior to joining the NWR Team Elmer spent eight years with a related business. During this time Elmer gained tremendous experience with every part of the restoration process from mitigation to reconstruction. Elmer possesses numerous restoration certifications including the Applied Structural Drying certification (ASD) and Water Damage Restoration certification (WDR) Elmer has a passion for helping people and providing exceptional customer satisfaction. Elmer is committed to never leaving his clients out of the loop with their restoration Project. When he is not on the job site, Elmer enjoys spending time with his wife and kids as well as watching the occasional boxing match.

Hannah Baker

Accounts Receivable Specialist

Hannah graduated summa cum laude from Pacific University in 2016 with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. During Hannah’s tenure at Pacific University she served in several leadership roles including a position on the Student Conduct Board and as a volunteer for the Make-A-Wish Foundation and The American Red Cross. Hannah comes to Northwest Restoration with three year’s experience managing a very busy day spa office. As the Office Manager Hannah was instrumental in successfully managing the spa’s AR, AP, HR and customer service. Hannah’s intelligence, people skills and overall ability to problem solve to a win-win resolution will fill a much needed void at Northwest Restoration. Hannah’s leadership will go a long way towards improving NWR’s client and adjuster experience. Further, Hannah’s new position will substantially add to NWR’s overall inter-office efficiency. As a lover of animals Hannah enjoys spending her spare time with her cat Dina and her dog Rufus. Hannah also enjoys yoga.

Jacquie McBride

Risk Manager/ Accounts Payable

Jacquie comes to Northwest Restoration with over 35 years in Customer Service, 25 years in Office Management, 20 years in Accounting and 10 years in Project Management. Jacquie’s dedication, attention to detail, organizational skills and positive attitude make her a great addition to the NWR Team. Having worked in many facets of business, her adaptability and flexibility will be a great asset to NWR. She is family oriented and loves spending time with her family. Many weekends are spent attending to her grandchildren’s activities. Jacquie enjoys good Christian music, traveling with her husband Scott and relaxing with a good book. Jacquie also enjoys hosting family or neighborhood get-together’s.

Lupe Rendon

Carpenter

For the last 13 years Lupe has been a carpentry professional, and has been certified in fire and smoke restoration, making him a valuable member of the northwest restorations team. Before working as a carpenter, Lupe was a painter for 7 years, meaning he has 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He is diligent and hard working, never cutting corners when it comes to his craft. When Lupe is not on the job site, he enjoys relaxing and spending time with his family. He is a great addition to the Northwest Restoration’s team!

Dan Young

As one of the newest Northwest Restoration additions, Dan comes to us not short on experience. He’s spent the last 30 plus years working in fire, wind, and water restoration– and everything in between. In his experience working for S.D. Beacon Corp. he’s gained expertise in all aspects of construction, both commercial and residential. Being involved in all building phases on multiple occasions, Dan knows what’s required on every job, whether it be laborious framing and foundation laying or delicate final trim work. But whatever aspects of the job Dan works on any given day, his favorite is coming home knowing he’s put in a hard day’s work. When he’s not home, Dan’s probably out hunting or fishing, or spending quality time with his two daughter and three grandkids.
